This is a personalized bag tag designed by us. These bag tags have the image printed directly on them. These are not made with vinyl. They are great for players, coaches, team gifts, or one just for you. They are a must have.

Image is printed on both sides.
Tag is made of white gloss fiberglass reinforced plastic.
Tag is UV Resistant.
Round tag is 4" x .090" thick.

~~How to Order~~
1. Choose colors from our color chart.
2. Once you have your choices above then click to 'add to cart'.
3. In the notes section please include the colors from our color chart (colors will be slightly different once printed depending on your monitor settings).
4. Include in the notes the customized names and/or initials that you'd like.
Note: custom orders are always welcome.

We will create a proof and send it via conversation/email. We will work with you until you approve the final design. We will then make and ship your item.
