Refund policy
If there are any problems or issues with your purchase, please contact us through email, we want to work through all issues to ensure a positive experience.
We are not responsible for any misunderstanding of items. Please read the full items description and if there are any questions about any product please email us for additional information of the item.
We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items unless they are damaged due to shipping. We must be contacted within 2 days of receiving the item with pictures of the damage.
We offer refunds on non custom items. Customer will pay return shipping costs. Refunds are processed once the item is returned in good condition. We will not refund any shipping costs; only the cost of the item will be refunded.
All custom items are sent once their proofs are approved. Errors on items after an approved proof are not eligible for a refund. We will discount a new item to fix the issue but there will be no refund. Depending on the item we may require the item be shipped back and upon receiving it in good condition we will then remake the item.
We are not responsible for any shipping carrier delays or items that are lost. We will assist with tracking the item and work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We will not immediately ship out a new item until adequate time to determine the item is truly lost.
