Many of our gifts are made especially for you with names, dates, monograms, colors, designs, and other custom details.

Entering Your Personalization

Please carefully enter all requested personalization exactly as you would like it to appear.

Before placing your order, double-check:

spelling
capitalization
names
dates
initials or monograms
colors
sizes
design selections

We create your item using the information you provide.

Proofs

Some personalized products require a proof before production.

If a proof is required, we will send it to you for review. Please carefully check all details before approving it.

Once a proof has been approved, your item will be produced according to that approved design.

Changes After Ordering

If you notice an error or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to make changes if production has not started. Once an item has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

If you would like something a little different from the options shown on the product page, please contact us before ordering.

We are happy to let you know whether a special request is possible.

Color Differences

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, and the material being printed or personalized.

We do our best to represent colors as accurately as possible.
