What Does “Licensed” Mean?
Sorority names, Greek letters, crests, symbols, and other identifying marks are protected trademarks.
As a licensed vendor, The Letter Gift Shop follows the applicable licensing requirements when creating and selling sorority merchandise.
This helps ensure that the products you purchase use sorority names and trademarks appropriately and are offered through an authorized vendor.
What This Means for Your Order
When you purchase licensed sorority merchandise from The Letter Gift Shop:
- The sorority merchandise we offer is limited to organizations we are authorized to produce products for.
- Designs using protected sorority names, letters, symbols, or trademarks must follow applicable licensing requirements.
- Some customization or design requests may not be available if they do not meet licensing guidelines.
- We may need to adjust or decline a requested design if it cannot be produced within those requirements.
